Yogaclasses in small groups with individual attention for every client. The class is every time different, but the structure is always Pranayama / breathing exercise, followed by Asana’s / postures in standing , sitting and lying position and the class ends with Relaxation.

Run & Relax and Walkin' Awareness

The Run & Relax or Walkin’Awareness courses are a 5 week program of mindful running or walking in combination with yoga exercises, fun and breathing techniques. You will learn how to get more energie by running or walking, how to listen to your body and most important to feel free and happy by being active outside!

ExpatYoga

ExpatYoga is an online program for women living abroad. It will help you to ground in your new situation. Finding new structure and balance in your daily life.
